This pomegranate gin & champagne cocktail is deceptively easy to make and tastes sensational
Method
Mix together the gin and pomegranate juice and divide between 6 champagne glasses.
Top each up with champagne or sparkling wine and serve garnished with a few extra pomegranate seeds.
